Announcing Strides For Education the WEBF 5K Road Race!
The Waltham Education & Beyond Foundation holds fundraisers for our grant programs. Covid did a number on our events, but we are excited to announce a new annual event to our fundraising portfolio, Strides For Education. This is a our 2024 5K Road Race scheduled for Sunday, May 5, 2024.
Partnering with the City of Waltham and RaceWire, our 5K race will start and end on Moody Street and will be a family-friendly event that should not to be missed. All proceeds benefit our Waltham educators.
An online registration link will be published soon, as will more details, but we are currently seeking sponsors for the race. Sponsorship opportunities at varying levels for our start/finish line, water station, t-shirts, kids fun run, etc. If you are interested in sponsoring in any way, please email us at webfgrants@gmail.com.
