This grant is for the purchase of SNAP Circuit kits and Snap Circuits Green Energy kits for the 3rd-5th grade students at Plympton School. Snap Circuits will allow the children to learn the basics of energy, electricity and motion to and to further understand physical science concepts such as; how energy is transferred from one form to another and how to complete electrical circuits power our homes, schools and devices. The Snap Circuits Green Energy kits will be used to promote further understanding of renewable energy alternatives and the engineering design process. (Sally-Hilda Erickson Grant Program)
